Jeffrey William Colyer is an American surgeon and the 47th and current Governor of Kansas since January 31, 2018. A Republican, he served as the 49th Lieutenant Governor of Kansas from 2011 until 2018, as a member of the Kansas Senate from 2009 to 2011, and in the Kansas House of Representatives from 2007 to 2009.
