Gregory John Stanton is an American politician. He is the member-elect of the U.S. House of Representatives from Arizona's 9th district. Prior to his congressional career, he served as Mayor of Phoenix. He won the November 8, 2011 runoff election to succeed term-limited mayor Phil Gordon.
