Dannel Patrick Malloy is an American politician serving as the 88th and current Governor of Connecticut since 2011. A member of the Democratic Party, he chaired the Democratic Governors Association from 2016 to 2017. Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Malloy is a graduate of Boston College Law School.
